1. Membership and Use of Facilities:
a. Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older, or from 5 years old with parental consent.
b. Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
c. Members are responsible for their own health and should consult a physician before participating in any physical activities at the Gym.
d. The Gym reserves the right to deny or revoke membership for any reason, including but not limited to violations of gym policies or disruptive behavior.

2. Fees and Payments:
a. Membership fees are outlined in the Gym’s pricing structure and are subject to change with prior notice.
b. Members are responsible for timely payment of membership fees, which may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually.
c. Late payments may be subject to additional charges or suspension of services.
d. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3. Gym Rules and Conduct:
a. Members must comply with all Gym rules and regulations, including safety guidelines, equipment usage instructions, and class policies.
b. Members are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other members and Gym staff.
c. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Liability and Waiver:
a. Members understand that participating in physical activities at the Gym carries inherent risks, and they assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred.
b. The Gym, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages sustained by members, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Privacy:
a. The Gym respects the privacy of its members and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
b. By using the Gym’s services, members consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for the purposes of membership management and service provision.

6. Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees or obligations.
b. The Gym reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for violations of this Agreement or Gym policies.

7. Amendments:
a. The Gym reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, with prior notice to members.
b. Continued use of the Gym’s services after receiving notice of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
